| THE
FOLLOWING HINTS ARE INTENDED TO HELP YOU PLAN AHEAD AND ACHIEVE
A TROUBLE FREE HIRE. |

| We
know our customers will be busy just before their function and
will try to meet any preference for an AM or PM delivery. |
| |
| However,
our delivery schedules for any day are changing up to the morning
of loading and specific on the hour times can not be guaranteed.
A two hour slot is the shortest time we will accept. If an out
of hours delivery is requested for people who work day times
this can be arranged. |
| |
| Deliveries
will assume to be to a ground floor point, unless arranged with
the office prior to delivery date. |
| |
| The
number and type of containers will be noted on the delivery
note and will constitute the initial delivery and collection
check. Only the containers supplied will be accepted back and
any missing boxes will be charged for in full. |
| |
| THESE
POINTS REGARDING DELIVERY ARE IMPORTANT TO ENSURE THAT OUR DRIVERS
(AND YOUR DELIVERY) ARE NOT DELAYED LONGER THAN NEEDED. |
| |
| After
receipt of your order it should be checked at some time prior
to your event and any shortages or damages notified by phone.
This will enable us to correct any problems. |
| |
| No
claims for shortages or damaged goods will be accepted on the
return of the hire. |
| |
| Hires
will be checked as soon as possible after their return, but
the time scale will depend on our workload at the time of return. |
| |
| TERMS
OF HIRE: |
| |
|
A
refundable deposit (subject to size of order) will be
held in addition to the hire charge against breakage or
losses. |
|
|
|
Payment
of hire charge and deposit must be made in advance of
receipt of the hire goods. |
|
|
|
If arrangements have been made to pay our delivery driver
you must ensure that the correct payment is available
as no goods will be left without payment. |
|
|
|
All
goods must be returned clean and dry unless prior arrangements
have been made. |

|
|
A
"Dirty charge of 20% of the invoice value (of washable
items) will be made for this service. |
|
|
|
Goods
returned dirty without prior arrangement will be charged
at 30%. |
|
|
|
The hire
rate is for a one day hire supplied the day before and
returned the day after.
|
| |
|
|
For a Saturday
or Sunday function the goods will be supplied on Friday
or Saturday and returned Monday. |
|
|
|
Additional
days hire are charged at 20% per day. |
|
|
|
For
delivery charges please ask at the time of booking. |
